Sr. Nattaporn Kotapat who is working at the Infant Jesus Pastoral Center, Kaeng Kro District in Chaiyaphum province (Thailand), has been honored with the Certificate of recognition for acts of bravery shown by going through hardships for the sake of society, in particular in the fight against domestic violence. This certificate has been presented to her by the Catholic Commission for Women (CCW). 30 women have received this honour.
Sr. Nattaporn Kotapat is currently working in our center called “Baan Phak Jai” which is a place for women who feel lonely and left out. Those who take refuge here can talk to the sisters about their future plans. Apart from this, Sr. Nattaporn also visits the elderly and poor families and provides scholarships for education to children and youth regardless of race or religion so that these people become self-dependent.
